Waihonua at Kewalo, a new 43 story condo was just announced for the Kakaako neighborhood. The building will have 345 one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units with prices starting in the $400,000, $565,000 and $720,000 price range. It will be situated between Koolani and Hawaiki Towers which is on the luxury block of Kakaako.
The key and difference to Waihonua at Kewalo will be their approach to using "Green", energy-efficient materials and technology to construct this building. It will be the leader to a eco friendly building with a much smaller carbon footprint.
